Previously, I was a Vice President at A.T Kearney France, helping european and american corporations in their development in Asia, Europe and North America. Before that, I completed numerous executive search assignments in Europe and North America, working in the Trans National Practice of Heidrick & Struggles.  I started my career as a consultant, then manager at Siar, a swedish strategic consulting firm based in Stockholm.

I have published several books on the issue of corporate unconscious, among which a thorough analysis of Renault, the french car constructor.
